SCHEDULE OUTLINE
Wednesday June 6- Dress Rehearsal for our Friday* performance. Dancers arrive between 5 & 5:15 p.m. for a meeting in the auditorium. Rehearsal starts at 5:15 p.m.
Thursday June 7- Dress Rehearsal for our Saturday* performance. Dancers arrive between 5 & 5:15 p.m. for a meeting in the auditorium. Rehearsal starts at 5:15 p.m.
Friday June 8- Performance #1. Box office opens for any available seats at 6 p.m.. Dancers arrive between 6:00 and 6:30. Performance at 7:00 p.m.
Saturday June 9- Performance #2. Box office opens for any available seats at 6 p.m.. Dancers arrive between 6:00 and 6:30. Performance at 7:00 p.m.
*Most dances will perform in just one recital. Details are listed below.
TICKETS
Reserved seating tickets go on sale at the studio on Saturday May 12th beginning at 9:00 a.m.. We will sell until approximately 11 a.m.. in the morning. Ticket sales are CASH only (no checks, no credit) and seats are non-refundable. Any young child is welcome to sit on a parents lap and not purchase a ticket, however, if your child will occupy a seat then he/she will need to have a ticket. The price is $10 for adults and $7 for children age 17 and under. We were nearly sold out last year and we have added many new students. Be sure to get your tickets before we sell out!
RECITAL T-SHIRTS
Order forms for our recital t-shirts are available at the studio. Forms and payment (cash or check) must be returned to the studio by Saturday May 12th. All dancers participating in our opening number are required to purchase a t-shirt. Be sure to proof our list of names to be screened on the back of the shirt as posted on the studio bulletin board. Check to see that your dancer's name is listed and spelled correctly.
OPENING NUMBER
All dancers age 6+ are invited to dance in our opening number. There will be one more chance to learn choreography this Saturday May 12 from 11 a.m. to noon. All participating dancers are required to attend a staging rehearsal at the studio on Monday June 4th from 6:00-7:00 p.m..
DANCE MOMS & DADS
Last year's dancing dads were a hit, so they're coming back for more! And this year, the moms will be joining us as well. Moms should block Thursdays from 6-7 p.m. for rehearsal, and our dads will rehearse Saturday May 12 from noon to 1 p.m.. You DO NOT want to miss out on this. Please come dance with us!

A complete recital newsletter is posted at the studio. You should have also received an e-mail with the newsletter attached in the beginning of April. If you did not receive this, and you continue to not receive e-mail messages from us, please e-mail us at thebeatdancecompany@gmail.com so we can update your address.
