Show your love for The Beat and purchase a car decal! The cost is $5 and we have both interior and exterior white decals available. Proceeds benefit our Competition Company.

Winter Weather Reminder
As winter weather approaches, remember that The Beat does not necessarily follow the decision of the BG Schools when deciding to cancel classes. A decision will be made by 2pm of each snow day, and we will announce any cancellation via local news stations, here on our website, and on our facebook page.

CHECK IT OUT! 
The Beat competed at the Rising Star Competition in Columbus, OH on November 6th. The cast of Lifetime's Dance Moms participated in the competition as well... Stay tuned for details on the air date for the episode, and be prepared to look for our soloists Delaney Esper & Nicole Langenderfer, and all of our BDC teachers, students, parents and fans supporting in the audience. 


The Beat is the place to dance! 
Many of our dancers come from the Bowling Green community, with others commuting from Perrysburg, Toledo, and even Southeast Michigan to train with us. "Why?", you ask... 
We teach proper technique, giving each dancer the tools he/she needs to reach his/her personal best. 
We offer a range of class and commitment options. Whether you are a recreational dancer interested in one class per week, or a dancer who would live at the studio if possible, there is a place for you at The Beat! 

If you want it, we've got it. We offer tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, and contemporary classes for dancers age 6 through adult, as well as "mini movers" classes for young dancers age 3-5. All ages and experience levels are welcome.

Our award-winning Competition Company demonstrates the highest quality of dancing in the region. We do it ALL... tap, jazz, hip hop, ballet, and contemporary... And we do it WELL! Dancers in our Company train to high standards and win overall rankings at the regional and national level. Graduates of our program are prepared for a lifetime of dancing.

Each student at The Beat is provided a well-rounded dance education experience. We strive to inspire and motivate our students to set and achieve goals in a positive atmosphere. We believe that dance class is not just about learning a recital routine... Our dancers develop discipline, respect, and self-confidence under the guidance of our accomplished instructors. We have sibling discounts, online registration, and accomplished instructors to inspire and challenge each student. 
The Beat's third season of dance is currently underway in Bowling Green. We are proud to offer a brand new studio space to our hard-working dancers and supportive parents. Located at 1060 North Main St., our new location offers a spacious lobby, dancer hang-out space, ample parking, a convenient drive up/drop off option, and two large dance rooms with one-way mirrors for parent viewing and floating sub-flooring/vinyl dance surface for safe, efficient dancing.
